2009 BEANTOWN SUMMER CLASSIC-Women's Division
The Beantown Classic staff is proud to announce our 5th
annual Women's Division for the Beantown Summer Classic Hockey
Tournament.
2009 Women's Division Rosters
Thanks to the success of years past, we have once again seen a large
demand for this upcoming event. Six teams will make up this year’s
event in one U19 group. Please note that invitations have gone out
for this summer's event and it is first come, first serve.
The rosters for the Beantown Women’s Classic main event will be made
up of the country’s elite female hockey players personally invited
and identified as top Olympic or Division I college prospects.
Players attending college in the fall of 2009 are not eligible to
participate.
All tournament news and updates including team rosters and schedule
will be posted regularly on our website.

SELECTION PROCESS
1.
The Beantown Classic scouting staff is in attendance for selected
High School and Prep School games and tournaments during the
2008-2009 season.
2. During the course of the season, a list is assembled of
the top players.
3. Beantown Classic scouts and directors then convene to
evaluate the list. A 'Short List' is then assembled with the players
we feel will get the greatest value from our program.
4. Invitations are then sent to the selected players. Please
be advised that additional spots will be left open. Players who do
not receive invitations will be monitored for the remainder of the
season and additional invitations will be issued based on end of
season performance. |
